For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, the price shown at checkout is the final price charged by Best Store, excluding any optional services or charges clearly displayed before payment.

We offer Free Standard Shipping within the United Kingdom.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Products may be dispatched from our UK stock location or from an international fulfilment centre, depending on where the product is stocked.

Estimated delivery times are:

UK-stocked items: approximately 2–5 business days.

Items dispatched from international fulfilment centres: approximately 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period in accordance with our published Return and Refund Policy.

Products must be returned in the condition required by our Return and Refund Policy. For pre-owned or slightly used products, the item must not have additional wear or damage beyond the condition in which it was supplied.

For normal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different item should return the original item in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order.
