Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Best Store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Depending on the location of the stock, your order will be dispatched from either our UK warehouse or our international fulfillment centres.
- Items stocked in our UK Warehouse: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
- Items stocked in our International Fulfillment Centres: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier backlogs or customs procedures.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our dedicated tracking page on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Best Store is registered for UK VAT. For all orders delivered within the United Kingdom, the 20% UK VAT is included in the final price displayed at checkout.
For international orders outside the UK, please note that Best Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at gosia705.89@gmail.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
